7. Programme Terms

Enrolment in a programme does not constitute professional financial advice. All content is educational in nature and is intended to support informed personal decision-making.

Participants are expected to attend sessions as scheduled. We do not guarantee that missed sessions can be accommodated through rescheduling, though we will make reasonable efforts where circumstances permit.

A written summary is provided after each session for group courses, and a closing written summary is provided upon completion of the Long-Horizon Retirement Engagement programme. These materials are provided for the participant's personal use only.

No certificate of completion is issued by Lestari Cendekia at this time.

8. Disclaimers

This website and our programmes are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of information presented, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free from error.

Lestari Cendekia is an educational provider. Nothing we deliver — whether in sessions, written summaries, or on this website — constitutes licensed financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to take any specific financial action. Participants should consult a licensed financial adviser before making significant financial decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Lestari Cendekia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in our programmes.

Our total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the programme in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Lestari Cendekia, its facilitators, and staff against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct during a programme, or any misuse of materials provided.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful towards others, or materially in breach of these Terms.

A participant may withdraw from a programme in accordance with the cancellation terms set out in Section 6. Upon withdrawal, access to any remaining sessions ceases.

Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination of this Agreement.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from participation in our programmes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Before initiating any formal proceeding, we encourage both parties to attempt resolution informally. Please write to [email protected] and we will respond within 14 days to work towards an equitable resolution.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. For significant changes, we will notify enrolled participants by email where we hold their contact details.
